To provide a negative pressure closure treatment device that prevents wearing detachment from a wound dressing of a pump device.SOLUTION: A housing of a pump device 20 is fixed in a drape 11 of a wound dressing 10 by a joint. A suction chamber becoming a negative pressure by the drive of a piezoelectric pump is directly brought into communication with an enclosed space 904 through an opening 12 and an inlet 21. Accordingly, a treatment device 100 has no need of including the piping for bringing the enclosed space into communication with the pump device. The treatment device has no need of including the piping for bringing the pump device into communication with the enclosed space, and does not cause wearing detachment from a wound dressing of the pump device due to piping detachment.
