According to one embodiment of the present invention, a device for monitoring sleep behavior disorder may comprise: a mattress； a pressure sensor disposed on the mattress and generating sensing data for movement of a user positioned on the mattress； a control unit determining sleep behavior disorder through the sensing data generated by the pressure sensor； and database receiving the sensing data from the control unit and storing the sensing data. The control unit may analyze the sensing data, determine a REM sleep state and a non-REM sleep state of the user according to a frequency of the movement of the user or degree of the movement, and determine the sleep behavior disorder of the user according to duration of the REM sleep state and the non-REM sleep state.일 실시예에 따른 수면행동장애 모니터링 장치는 매트, 상기 매트 상에 배치되며, 상기 매트 상에 위치되는 사용자 움직임에 대한 감지 데이터를 생성하는 압력 센서, 상기 압력 센서에 의해 생성되는 상기 감지 데이터를 통해 수면행동장애를 판정하는 제어부, 및 상기 제어부로부터 상기 감지 데이터를 전달받아서 저장하는 데이터베이스를 포함할 수 있고, 상기 제어부는 상기 감지 데이터를 분석하며 상기 사용자 움직임 빈도 또는 움직임 정도에 따라 사용자의 렘수면 상태와 비-렘수면 상태를 판정할 수 있으며, 상기 렘수면 상태와 상기 비-렘수면 상태의 지속시간에 따라 사용자의 수면행동장애를 판정할 수 있다.
