Der Behälter (15) umfasst ein, insbesondere fest im Behälter (15) angeordnetes, Verschlussstück (20), an welchem eine Abgabeöffnung (24) ausgebildet ist, über welche das Fluid aus dem Innenraum (17) abgebbar ist, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) eine von einem Förderantrieb (50) angetriebene Fördervorrichtung (40) zur Förderung des Fluids aus dem Innenraum (17) des Behälters (15) umfasst.
