PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal electron beam irradiation device capable of improving efficiency of sterilization and achieving sufficient sterilization by irradiating an inner face of an object to be sterilized more uniformly with an electron beam.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an internal electron beam irradiation device 1 which sterilizes an inner surface of a vial V through irradiation with an electron beam E. This internal electron beam irradiation device 1 comprises: an electron beam generator 3 which generates the electron beam E； a vacuum chamber 2 arranged inside this electron beam generator 3； an emission window 4 for emitting the electron beam E out of the vacuum chamber 2； and an extension nozzle 5 which guides an electron cloud C that the electron beam E emitted from the emission window 4 spreads to form.
