A biotransplant contains a mixture of autologous multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells, cultivated in standard conditions, and multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells, differentiated in the osteogenic direction, taken in a weight ratio of 1:1 and in quantity of 107 cells per 1 g of the weight of a matrix-carrier, which has in the basis of its structure a collagen-mineral complex, identical in the composition to natural bone material.
