Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zur Konservierung anatomischer Präparate, wie menschlicher oder tierischer Körper oder Körperteile weist im Wesentlichen folgende Verfahrensschritte auf: a. Bereithalten einer Konservierungslösung, die ein natürliches Schellack-Harz beinhaltet, b. Einbringen wenigstens eines zu konservierenden anatomischen Präparats in eine gas-und flüssigkeitsdichte Prozesskammer, c. Einbringen der Konservierungslösung in die Prozesskammer, bis das anatomische Präparat vollständig mit der Konservierungslösung bedeckt ist, d. Erhöhen des Druck in der Prozesskammer auf einen vorgegebenen Druck im Bereich von wenigstens 2 bar und e.
