A method for promoting the growth of crops and improving soil comprises the step of inoculating the strain into crops or soil and solubilizing the insoluble salts in soil. A method for preparing biocalcium, biophosphate, and biomagnesium comprises the step of inoculating the strains into waste biological resource (oyster shell, bone, sea foods, and fish byproducts).
