PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue regeneration composition to be applied to a physical region requiring the regeneration or repair of a tissue.SOLUTION: A composition is the one for regenerating or repairing a tissue, comprising three-dimensional (3D) nanofiber webbing and at least one kind of agent. The webbing includes at least a first layer and a second layer, where the first and second layers are mutually separated.
