<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing tuna, which uses a fish preserve with a shape similar to the conventional one, reduces the death of juvenile fish in the growing stage, and increases the survival ratio to adult fish, and to provide the fish preserve therefor. <；P>；SOLUTION: The fish preserve, which includes the peripheral net portion composed of a synthetic fiber net, the bottom net portion composed of a synthetic fiber net and connected to the lower position of the peripheral net portion, and the ceiling net portion which attaches in the frame and inhibits invasion of bird and the like, encloses a part in the sea. The mesh size of the peripheral net portion is as small as to prevent the cultured juvenile fish from escaping and, at the same time, to prevent small bait fish from entering the fish preserve. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
