The present invention relates to a composition to prevent or treat circulatory disorders and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition or a health supplement which includes arginyl-fructosyl-glucose (AFG) as an active ingredient and is effective to prevent or treat circulatory disorders such as arteriosclerosis or hyperlipidemia.
