The application relates to a method for preserving living cellular material, comprising: exposing a cellular material to medium containing at least one glycolipid and a cryoprotectant for a predetermined amount of time； and after the exposure, subjecting the cellular material to a preservation protocol comprising cryopreservation at a cryopreservation temperature of about -80°C or less.La présente invention concerne un procédé de conservation d'un matériau cellulaire vivant, consistant à : exposer un matériau cellulaire à un milieu contenant au moins un glycolipide et un cryoprotecteur pendant une durée prédéterminée ； et après l'exposition, soumettre le matériau cellulaire à un protocole de conservation comprenant une cryoconservation à une température de cryoconservation inférieure ou égale à environ -80 °C.
