An injection method for shrimps comprises a time-released step, an ice-anesthetized step and a cavity injected step. In the time-released step, a injecting medication is mixed with a covering oil in order to obtain a time-released medication. In the ice-anesthetized step, a shrimp is kept at a cold environment for temportary anesthetization. In the cavity injected step, the time-related medication is injected into a cavity which is located in a basal part of a rostrum placeing on a carapace of the shrimp.
