An oil-less topical macroemulsion composition and process of preparation thereof The present invention provides an oil-less topical macroemulsion composition, said composition comprising: a mixture of eutectic forming components； a hydrophilic cellulosic polymer； a non-ionic surfactant emulsifier； and a plant-derived active constituent.
