The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tomography imaging apparatus and an imaging method of a tomography image capable of effectively correcting beam hardening. Disclosed is the tomography imaging apparatus comprising: a data obtaining unit to obtain first projection data regarding an object by a plurality of energy bands from a photon counting detector for classifying an X-ray into the energy bands and detecting the same； an image pre-processing unit to obtain second projection data by performing a beam hardening correction process regarding the first projection data by the energy bands； and an image reconstruction unit to reproduce a tomography image regarding the object.X-ray를 복수 개의 에너지 대역 별로 구분하여 검출하는 광자계수형 검출기(photon counting detector)로부터, 상기 복수 개의 에너지 대역 별로 대상체에 대한 제1 프로젝션 데이터들을 획득하는 데이터 획득부； 상기 복수 개의 에너지 대역 별로, 상기 제1 프로젝션 데이터들에 대해 선속경화 보정 프로세스(beam hardening correction process)를 수행하여 상기 대상체에 대한 제2 프로젝션 데이터들을 획득하는 영상 전처리부(image pre-processing unit)； 및 상기 제2 프로젝션 데이터들에 기초하여, 상기 대상체에 대한 단층 영상을 재구성하는 영상 재구성부(image reconstruction unit)를 포함하는 단층 영상 장치(tomography imaging apparatus)가 개시된다.
