The invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and is intended for reconstructive surgery of the iris pathology. Posing the problem of creating intracapsular simulator iris with a structure allowing to place it in the capsular bag of any volume and intended for implantation in the capsular bag by means of an injector, together with or without an IOL. The problem is solved by creating the following structure. Intracapsular simulator iris is the colored ring with the outside diameter of 9,0-11,0 mm and an inner diameter of 2.5-3.0 mm. The ring has an arcuate slot from the outer edge to the inner edge of the ring, with one side of the slot is congruent repeats the other side. At the distal end of the colored ring at the edge of the slot an aperture diameter of 0.2 to 0.6 mm for ease of rotation of the simulator of the iris within the capsular bag. Stated intracapsular simulator iris can also be used in those cases where it is impossible to implant the IOL (e.g., a front microphthalmia, eye trauma, at which the iris was partially destroyed and partially retained multiple congenital coloboma of the iris in combination with cataracts). Putting claimed intracapsular simulator iris can choose soft contact lenses (SCL) (9.0, 10.0, 11.0 diopters) and get the maximum visual acuity.Полезная модель относится к области медицины, а именно к офтальмологии и предназначено для реконструктивной хирургии патологии радужки.
