PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endotracheal tube little causing attachment of sputum.SOLUTION: The endotracheal tube includes a distal end to be disposed at the lung side in the trachea, a proximal end provided at an opposite side of the distal end, and a tubular body having a respiration path formed inside thereof. The endotracheal tube further includes a film that has a sputum-repellent layer exposed to the respiration path, disposed at least at a part of inner peripheral surface of the tube body. The sputum-repellent layer includes metal oxide composite particles. The metal oxide composite particles includes a metal oxide particle, and a coating layer including fluororesin, formed on the surface of the metal oxide particle.
