The present application has as its object a medical device, specifically for breast reconstruction, which is constituted by a box element obtained from a flat sheet, made from a biomaterial, divided into multiple partitions, sewn together to define work in the front, side, top and bottom of said box element. At least one of said partitions has at least one appendage designed to define the back part of said box element. The latter is designed to contain or contains or incorporates a breast implant.
