PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human force movement tool used as a wheel chair allowing an elderly having weak leg force and arm force, and a handicapped person to move by oneself, which is also used as a cycle for movement tool for a healthy person, and which is also used as a playground instrument for children with high versatility.SOLUTION: A human force movement tool comprises: a wheel frame 200 for rotating and supporting a wheel 210 and a riding frame 100 on which a person M rides, in which the wheel frame 200 and the riding frame 100 are coupled at one fulcrum shaft 150 so as to oscillate freely.
