A DNA vaccine for inducing protective immunity against pseudotuberculosis in fish is provided. The DNA vaccine comprises, as the active ingredient, a DNA comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding an immunogenic polypeptide against Photobacterium damselae subsp. piscicida, or an expression vector comprising the DNA.
