PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a needle tube to puncture skin with an appropriate pressing force of a predetermined value or more, and to securely position a needlepoint and blade face of the needle tube on the upper layer of skin.
SOLUTION: An injection needle assembly 1 comprises the needle tube 2 of 26-33 G with the needlepoint and a hub 3 for holding the needle tube 2. The injection needle assembly 1 further comprises an adjustment part 4, a tubular stabilizer part 6, and a guide part 7 provided on a peripheral surface of the stabilizer part 6. The adjustment part 4 is provided on a periphery of the needle tube 2, and has a needle projecting surface 4b on which the needlepoint of the needle tube 2 projects. The stabilizer part 6 is arranged to cover the periphery of the needle tube 2 and comes into contact with the skin when the needle tube 2 punctures a living body. The guide part 7 guides the needle tube 2 and stabilizer part 6 to apply the pressing force on the living body. Therefore, an appropriate pressing force by the needle tube 2 and the stabilizer part 6 on the living body could be recognized, and the needlepoint and blade face of the needle tube 2 could be securely positioned on the upper layer of the skin.
