PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of absence of a known system for controlling an external apparatus for a living body by using information collected from a sensor implanted in a brain of the living body.SOLUTION: A controller comprises a control signal generation unit that generates a control signal for controlling an orthosis or a mobile body and at least one of stimulation units.
