The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing noni juice and a noni juice manufactured by the same. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing noni juice includes: a washing and peeling step (S100) of washing noni after preparing the noni and removing the peel of the noni； a fermenting and ripening step (S200) of fermenting and ripening the noni of which the peel has been removed； an extraction step (S300) of manufacturing a noni extract by compressing the fermented and ripened noni； a stevia extract manufacturing step (S400) of manufacturing a stevia extract mixed with the noni extract； a mixing step (S500) of manufacturing the noni juice by mixing the noni extract and the stevia extract； a sterilizing step (S600) of sterilizing the noni juice by heating the noni juice； and a vacuum packing step (S700) of vacuum-packing the sterilized noni juice and commercializing the noni juice. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a noni juice manufactures the noni juice by mixing the noni extract with the stevia extract and enables a user to easily take effective components of the noni.
