The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an ultra-porous artificial spat settlement plate. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for coating an ultra-porous artificial spat settlement plate that can increase the survival rate of drifting larvae due to excellent adhesion force and an excellent antibacterial effect by enabling the drifting larvae to fully settle on the ultra-porous artificial spat settlement plate when marine animals including shellfish, fish, and sea cucumbers spawn by coating a surface of the artificial spat settlement plate with a porous silica material including diatomaceous ceramics and zeolite as raw materials. To this end, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing an ultra-porous artificial spat settlement plate comprising the steps of: (a) collecting and drying a raw material comprising porous silica materials including diatomite and zeolite; (b) sintering the raw material at a constant temperature after step (a); (c) grinding the raw material to powder form after step (b); (d) drying the raw material after step (c); (e) preparing a coating agent by mixing a resulting product of step (d), a binder, and water at a predetermined ratio; and (f) coating a surface of the artificial spat settlement plate by using the coating agent prepared in step (e). Step (f) further comprises (f1) a step of pre-processing a surface of the artificial spat settlement plate by using a coating agent prepared by mixing 28 wt% of diatomaceous ceramics, 12 wt% of zeolite, 42 wt% of a binder, and 18 wt% of water; and (f2) a main treatment step of secondly coating the surface of the artificial spat settlement plate firstly coated in step (f1) with a coating agent prepared by mixing 60 wt% of diatomaceous ceramics, 28 wt% of a binder, and 12 wt% of water.La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une plaque de colonisation de naissain artificielle ultra-poreuse.
