The present invention relates to a medical bending machine for an intramedullary rail and, more specifically, to a medical bending machine for an intramedullary rail, capable of bending an intramedullary rod or nail made of a titanium material, which is inserted into a fractured bone to quickly and completely recover function of damaged extremities when a bone of a musculoskeletal system of a human body. According to the present invention, the medical bending machine for an intramedullary rail comprises: first and second servo motors (20, 21) installed on the lower part of a fixed table (10) to be able to rotate forward and backward; first and second reducers (22, 24) connected to the first and second servo motors (20, 21), respectively, to reduce rotational force output from the first and second servo motors (20, 21); a first bending unit (30) fixed and installed on one upper surface of the fixed table (10) and receiving the power generated from the first servo motor (20) through a power transmission means to perform first bending with respect to the longitudinal central part of the intramedullary rail; a second bending unit (70) fixed, and installed on the other upper surface of the fixed table (10) spaced apart from the first bending unit (30) at a predetermined distance and receiving the power generated from the second servo motor (21) through the power transmission means to perform second bending with respect to one end of the intramedullary rail completing the first bending; and a control operation unit (80) installed on the one side of the fixed table (10) to control the first and second bending units (30, 70) through a preset program through control of the revolutions per minute (RPM) and the rotational direction of the first and second servo motors (20, 21).본 발명은 골수 네일용 벤딩머신에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 인체의 근골격계의 뼈가 골절되는 경우 골절된 뼈에 삽입하여 손상된 사지의 기능을 신속하고 완전하게 회복될 수 있도록 고정하는 티타늄 재질의 골수 로드(Intramedullary rod) 또는 골수 네일(Intramedullary nail)을 벤딩 가공하는 골수 네일용 벤딩머신에 관한 것으로, 고정
