To provide an improved stent with an external channel which achieves smooth flow of a body fluid secreted from a branched duct after implantation, which does not move from an initial implantation point, and which can be used for a relatively long term.SOLUTION: An improved stent 1 with an external stent comprises: a stent body 10 which can be expanded and shrunk, which is formed by wires having a prescribed length and flexibility crossing each other for forming a net body, and which comprises therein, a peripheral edge part with a hollow； and a cover 20 arranged to surround an outer peripheral face of the stent body 10. A body fluid secreted from a branched duct through a plurality of spiral external channels 11 being a separation space formed between the stent body 10 and the duct, is made to flow smoothly into the duct, and a contact area with the duct is relatively large, so that, by increase of friction, the stent does not move from the initial implantation point, and the stent can be used for a relatively long term.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】移植施術後に分枝導管から分泌される体液の流動が円滑でありながらも最初の移植地点から移動せず、相対的に長時間に亘って使用することのできる外部流路付き改良型ステントを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の外部流路付き改良型ステント１は、自体的に収縮及び膨張が可能であり、柔軟性を有する所定の長さのワイヤーが互いに交差して網体をなし、内部には中空が形成された周縁部を有するステント本体１０と、前記ステント本体１０の外周面を取り囲むように配備されるカバー部２０と、から構成される。前記ステント本体１０と導管との間に形成される離隔空間である多数の螺旋状の外部流路１１を通して分枝導管から分泌される体液が導管内に円滑に流動され、導管との接触面積が相対的に大きいので摩擦力が増大されることにより最初の移植地点から移動せず、相対的に長時間に亘って使用することができる。【選択図】図１
