The terahertz wave irradiation apparatus for DNA dimethylation according to the present invention comprises a blood supply pipe into which blood is introduced； N microtubes each branched from the blood supply pipe and through which the blood flowing into the blood supply pipe flows； A blood recovery tube through which the blood flowing through the n microtubes joins and is discharged； And an irradiation unit disposed at one side of the n microtubules and including n terahertz wave irradiation units irradiating terahertz waves to each of the n microtubules through which the blood flows.본 발명은 혈액에 테라헤르츠파를 조사하여 혈액 세포의 DNA를 디메틸화할 수 있는 DNA 디메틸화를 위한 테라헤르츠파 조사 장치 및 이를 포함하는 DNA 디메틸화 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 DNA 디메틸화를 위한 테라헤르츠파 조사 장치는 혈액이 유입되는 혈액 공급관； 상기 혈액 공급관으로부터 분기되어 상기 혈액 공급관으로 유입된 상기 혈액이 각각 흐르는 n개의 미세관； 상기 n개의 미세관을 흐른 상기 혈액이 합류하여 유출되는 혈액 회수관； 및 상기 n개의 미세관의 일측에 각각 배치되며, 테라헤르츠파를 상기 혈액이 흐르는 상기 n개의 미세관 각각에 조사하는 n개의 테라헤르츠파 조사 유닛을 포함하는 조사부를 포함한다.
