FIELD: physics; biotechnologies.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the cryopreservation of biological objects. Proposed biological objects cryopreservation in viscous media using hydrate-forming gases conditions selection method provides for the cryoprotectants introduction into the cryopreservation medium, at that: a) at the first stage, measuring the one or more additionally containing nanoparticles cryoprotectants control solution viscosity while its cooling in the operating temperatures range from +20 °C up to the target temperature, selected in the range from -10 to -130 °C; b) at the second stage, measuring viscosity of the additionally containing nanoparticles with reduced concentration of 5–45 % cryoprotectant solution or cryoprotectants composition under the hydrate-forming gas pressure during the solution cooling; c) if the cryoprotectant or cryoprotectants composition with a reduced concentration viscosity value does not reach the control solution viscosity up to the target temperature, then the cryoprotectant or cryoprotectants composition reduced concentration should be increased and again measured in accordance with b); d) if, in the interval up to the target temperature, the cryoprotectant or the cryoprotectants composition with reduced concentration viscosity value reaches the viscosity parameter value in the control solution, then the third stage is performed.
