The present invention provides a multi-purpose irrigation device, and an active irrigation system using the same. A plurality of water storage tanks are connected, and water stored therein is exchanged therein. Water is individually supplied to different cultivation fields through irrigation pipes having branched pathways, so economical and composite irrigation can be achieved. To this end, the multi-purpose irrigation device of the present invention comprises: two or more water storage tanks in which a predetermined amount of irrigation water is pre-stored an exchange pipe for connecting the water storage tanks with each other an irrigation pipe connected with the water storage tanks, and having a branched pathway a pump unit for changing internal pressure of the exchanging pipe and the irrigation pipe, and moving water stored in the water storage tanks to the exchanging pipe and the irrigation pipe a valve unit installed to open and close the branched pathway of the irrigation pipe, and adjusting the flow rate or the direction of water flowing in the irrigation pipe and a spraying unit connected with the irrigation pipe, and spraying water flowing according to the adjusted flow rate or direction to the outside.
