The present invention provides a method for producing subcortical infarcted stroke animal models using photochemical embolization and an animal model prepared using the method. According to the present invention, the method selectively destroys the subcortical inclusion and causes continuous motor dysfunction. These animal models can be useful for the study of the treatment of sensory dysfunction due to stroke and the development of rehabilitation materials.본 발명은 광화학적 색전술을 이용하여 피질하 내포성 뇌졸중 동물모델을 제조하는 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조한 동물모델을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 상기 방법은 피질하 내포를 선택적으로 파괴하여 지속적인 운동기능 장애를 유발한다. 이러한 동물모델은 뇌졸중에 따른 감각운동기능 장애치료 및 재활지료의 개발을 위한 연구에 유용하게 쓰일 수 있다.
