PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which can reliably perform excrement treatment for a person incapable of performing micturition and defecation treatment, without reference to properties of the excrement.SOLUTION: A diaper cup body 10 includes an excrement receiving recess 77. The excrement receiving recess 77 is provided with a feces sensor 13 and a urine sensor 14. The feces sensor 13 which is provided in a lower part of a feces dropping part comprises a feces hardness detection sensor for performing control by a control panel unit 56 so that excrement can be sucked in by setting a greater suction force in the case of a signal for feces with higher hardness.
