PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for agitating/kneading food flour and an apparatus for manufacturing food flour, capable of reducing a rate of hardening food flour in a dumpling-shape and causing a gap, and corresponding to an automation production line.SOLUTION: A container body 2 includes a cylindrical part 2a in a horizontal posture, and a square cross-section part 2b of a supply discharge port side above it.
