PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular pharmaceutical composition which contains bixalomer with low formability at a high compounding ratio, and in which a ratio of fine particles (particles of less than 500 μm) is reduced, as well as which has moderate strength.SOLUTION: A granular pharmaceutical composition is a granule, a powder, or a subtle granule wherein hypromellose with a viscosity of about 6 mPa s is contained in a 2% solution at 20°C with about 50 to about 99% by weight of bixalomer to the weight of the pharmaceutical composition, and a ratio of particles, which is produced by extruding granulation, of less than 500 μm is about 25% by weight or less, as well as a breaking load is about 5 to about 100 N.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】成形性の低いビキサロマーを高配合比で含有し、微粉(500μm未満の粒子)の割合を低減し、適度な強度を有する粒状医薬組成物の提供。【解決手段】医薬組成物の重量に対して、約50~約99重量%のビキサロマーと20℃2%水溶液において約6mPa・sの粘度を有するヒプロメロースを含有し、押出造粒によって製造された500μm未満の粒子の割合が約25重量%以下で、破断荷重が約5~約100Nである顆粒剤、散剤又は細粒剤である粒状医薬組成物。【選択図】なし
