To improve usability when performing heartbeat fluctuation biofeedback.SOLUTION: A biological information display device 10 includes a camera 11, a monitor 12, and a CPU13 and a DSP14 each as a processing part. The camera 11 and the monitor 12 are disposed on the same surface in a housing. In the camera 11, video data of a detection area including a skin part of the face of a person to be observed is acquired from a captured image. In the processing part, biological information including information on a pulse wave of the person is acquired from the video data, and also an information display screen including a breath assistant assisting breath of the person to be observed for performing the heartbeat fluctuation biofeedback using the biological information is generated.
