Provided is a syringe having a tag which enables to indicate administration status of a liquid medicament simply and demonstrably and is easy to visually make it check, in administering a liquid medicament to a patient from the syringe by using a syringe pump. A syringe 10 with a hanging tag comprises: a pusher 20 having a gasket 23 at a head end thereof and a pressing portion 21at a base end thereof, a syringe barrel 30 having a nozzle 37 at a leading end thereof and a flange 31 on a rim of a rear end side thereof, in which the pusher 20 is inserted such that the gasket 23 is slidable, a liquid medicament chamber 35 accommodating a liquid medicament 34 between the gasket 23 and an outflow hole 38 of the liquid medicament on the nozzle 37 in the syringe barrel, the syringe being connectable to a syringe barrel nozzle connecting section 41, which is attached to a liquid medicament delivery tube 42 through the nozzle 37, and a tag 53 for indicating administration status of the liquid medicament； and the syringe further has: an engaging hole 32 which is provided on the flange 31 or the pusher 20, an engaging section 51 which is extended from the tag 53 for indicating the administration status of the liquid medicament and latched to the engaging hole 32, and a hanger 56 provided with the tag53 which passes through the syringe barrel 30 etc, so that the tag 53 is hanged therefrom.
