PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occlusal adjustment device that reduces burden of an operator, and enables an occlusal adjustment to be performed simply and accurately.SOLUTION: An occlusal adjustment device includes: an occlusal measuring device (10) for measuring bite with an occlusal contact state transferred thereon and quantitatively measuring the occlusal contact state and an occlusal adjustment calculation device (20) for acquiring results measured by the occlusal measuring device, and performing calculation based on the results. The occlusal adjustment calculation device includes: means for extracting the part where the cutting is necessary based on the results means for determining the amount to be cut about the part extracted by the extraction means and means for determining operating conditions of a cutting device decided previously based on the determined amount to be cut.
