PURPOSE: A device of preventing a magpies nest on an electric pole arm prevents accidents and minimizes installation costs by a design that can be easily installed.CONSTITUTION: Covers (10) of a bird-repelling device face to each other, and a connector (11) composed of a hinge and an elastic body fixes the upper sides of both covers. An arm holding part (13) is formed to fix the lower side of the cover with an arm. An elastic steel plate (12) is combined with a bolt at the upper side of the cover to maintain the cover at regular intervals. A guide (16) is formed outside of the cover to be easily installed on the arm. A groove (21) is formed on one side of an elastic rubber plate (22) and fixes both ends to the cover with the bolt. A support (20) and the elastic rubber plate are fixed with a bolt by laying a steel plate (24) on the upper side of the elastic rubber plate to prevent the separation.
