PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a well-being value estimation system that improves estimation accuracy of a well-being value serving as a mental activity level of a user.SOLUTION: A system S for estimating a WB value serving as a mental activity level of a user A who participates in an event E comprises a control device 30 for estimating a WB value and an analysis device (a portable terminal 20 and a measurement device 10) for measuring biological information of the user A and generating analysis data indicating a mental state of the user A based on the biological information.
