PURPOSE: An auxiliary device for removing an impression coping and a device for removing an impression coping including the same are provided to reduce patient inconvenience and to allow a doctor to easily operate an implant. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary device (100) for removing an impression coping comprises an insertion member (110) which is inserted into an insertion hole formed on the upper part of a guide pin or the upper part of an impression, a first shaft member (120) extended from the insertion member, a second shaft member (140) which is spaced from the first shaft member, a connection member (130) for connecting the first shaft member to the second shaft member, and a ring member (150) which is rotationally inserted into the second shaft member. The connection member connects the top end of the first shaft member to the bottom end of the second shaft member.
