The present subject matter relates to an improvement to a disposable urinary incontinence pad for daily use placed in the area of the male genitals and having a central opening that forms longitudinal pleats and a compartment for supporting and accommodating the penis, with padded sides. An upper protective layer made of insulating polypropylene and similar materials is arranged in the front part and extends over two thirds of the pad, allowing the penis to be accommodated separately from the scrotum and preventing any irritation or inflammation by preventing direct contact with the urine. The present model is more comfortable and convenient for the user, besides being discrete, since its bulk does not show through the clothing, thus preventing others from noticing that the pad is in use.La présente invention concerne une amélioration apportée à une serviette absorbante pour l'incontinence urinaire, jetable et à usage quotidien, placée sur la région génitale masculine, possédant un évidement central formant des plis longitudinaux et un compartiment pour appui et logement du pénis, avec des côtés matelassés. Une couche protectrice supérieure fabriquée en polypropylène isolant et en matières analogues, disposée sur la partie avant jusqu'aux deux tiers de la serviette absorbante, permet que le pénis soit logé séparément du scrotum, prévenant ainsi de possibles irritations et inflammations par évitement d'un contact direct avec l'urine.
