PURPOSE: A method for making porous concrete and an apparatus therefor are provided to effectively make porous concrete with Korean traditional paper to efficiently supply moisture to orchid by using the Korean traditional paper. CONSTITUTION: A method for making porous concrete includes the following steps: forming a Korean paper lump by uniting the Korean traditional paper； putting a bundle of Korean traditional paper in a Korean traditional paper case and closing a door of the Korean traditional paper case； spraying paraffin to the Korean traditional paper case or on the surface of the Korean traditional paper； removing paraffin； and putting out the Korean traditional paper bundles of the Korean traditional paper case. A rotating container(50) is rotated to remove the paraffin. A motor(60) is connected to the rotating container.본 발명은 한지 난석에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 한지를 이용하여 난에 수분을 효과적으로 공급하기 위해 사용하는 난석을 생산하는 방법 및 그 생산 도구를 이용하여 생산하는 한지난석을 달성하기 위하여, 한지를 무작위로 뭉쳐서 뭉쳐진 형태의 한지 뭉치를 형성시키는 단계와, 표면에 내부와 외부를 소통할 수 있는 다수의 장형의 홈을 형성한 구형태의 난석 케이스에 한지 뭉치를 집어 넣은 후, 난석 케이스를 닫는 단계와, 상기 한지뭉치가 들어있는 난석 케이스를 파라핀 통에 소정의 시간동안 투입하거나 스프레이 타입으로 분무하는 단계와, 상기 파라핀 통으로부터 난석 케이스를 꺼내어 회전하는 원통에 투입하여 회전시켜 난석 케이스와 난석 케이스간의 마찰 또는 난석 케이스와 회전하는 원통의 표면간의 마찰을 통해 난석 케이스 표면에 묻어 있는 파라핀을 제거하는 단계와, 상기 회전하는 원통으로부터 난석 케이스를 꺼내어 난석 케이스 내부의 한지 뭉치를 꺼내는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
