The present invention relates to a combination which comprises (a) a phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase inhibitor selected from the group consisting of a compound of formula (I) or a compound of formula (II), or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, (b) a 17α-Hydroxylase/ C17,20-lyase inhibitor (CYP17 inhibitor), specifically abiraterone acetate and 1-(2-Chloro-pyridin-4-yl)-3-(4-methyl-pyridin-3-yl)-imidazolidin-2-one or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, for simultaneous, separate or sequential use for the treatment of a tumor disease； a pharmaceutical composition comprising such combination； use of such combination for the treatment of a tumor disease； a commercial package or product comprising such combination； and to a method of treating a patient having a tumor disease comprising administration of said combination to a patient in need thereof.La présente invention concerne une combinaison comprenant (a) un inhibiteur de phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase choisi dans le groupe constitué par un composé de la formule (I) et un composé de la formule (II), ou d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable associé, (b) un inhibiteur de 17α-hydroxylase/ C17,20-lyase (inhibiteur de CYP17), en particulier l'acétate d'abiratérone et 1-(2-chloro-pyridine-4-yl)-3-(4-méthyl-pyridine-3-yl)-imidazolidine-2-one ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable associé, pour une utilisation simultanée, séparée ou séquentielle pour le traitement d'une maladie tumorale； une composition pharmaceutique comprenant une telle combinaison； l'utilisation d'une telle combinaison pour le traitement d'une maladie tumorale； un conditionnement ou produit commercial comprenant une telle combinaison； et une méthode de traitement d'un patient atteint d'une maladie tumorale faisant appel à l'administration de ladite combinaison à un patient en ayant besoin.
