PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intervertebral implant inserted into a contracted form for facilitating insertion thereof into an intervertebral space and expanding after the grafting.SOLUTION: An intervertebral implant 10 includes an input part expanding at least to expandable support elements connected to a body, and the expandable support elements can apply expansion force of various types of magnitude by applying a single input to the input part. The intervertebral implant alternatively or additionally includes at least two portions connected together so as to perform joint motion by a hinge 16 using the hinge as a center. The hinge includes at least two rigid links connected to the two portions so as to revolve the two portions respectively. Furthermore, the rigid links of the hinge include a passage configured to pass operating fluid between the two portions.
