PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set of a mobile cold heat bag in which the mobile cold heat bag is thin in thickness and is not bulky even if being folded, and a coagulating agent for solidifying cold water is made a set, and thereby an extremely small ice bag or hot water bottle is formed.SOLUTION: A set of a mobile cold heat bag is characterized by setting a bag folding a bottomed bag made by a thin film with the thickness of the linear low-density polyethylene is 5-15 μm and a material inserting a powder coagulant for coagulating water into the bag or the material packing the powder coagulant separately from the bag.
