According to the invention, the container (2 ) comprises a hermetic envelope (20) which is formed by walls (21) at least one portion (23) of which is transparent to the radiation of pulsed light, this transparent portion (23) is arranged facing the support element ( 3) so that the microorganisms (4) can all be directly exposed to the radiation of pulsed light.
