À travers l'amélioration, l'usage externe selon la présente invention peut conserver l'activité biologique de Tβ4 et réduire la production de sulfoxyde de Tβ4 attribuée à une réaction d'oxydation et la production de multimères attribuée à l'agrégation, fournissant ainsi de la Tβ4 sous un état stable.본 발명은 티모신 베타 4를 유효성분으로 포함하는 안정화된 외용 제제에 관한 것이며, 보다 상세하게는 치료학적으로 효과적인 Tβ4의 생물학적 활성 및 안정성이 향상된 외용 제제에 관한 것이다. 이를 통해, 본 발명에 따른 외용 제제는 Tβ4 의 생물학적 활성을 유지하고, 산화 반응에 의한 Tβ4 설폭사이드의 생성 및 응집에 의한 다분자체의 생성 등을 최소화시켜 안정한 상태로 Tβ4를 제공할 수 있다.
