PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prosthesis crystalline capsule that stabilizes an effective lens position of an IOL by supporting maintenance of the volume of a natural crystalline capsule.SOLUTION: A prosthesis crystalline capsule 10 for being inserted into a patient's eye assumes an approximately disk-like shape including a rear surface, a front surface including an opening and a flange extended in a radial direction from the opening. The prosthesis crystalline capsule is configured to accommodate an intraocular lens 28.
