ABSTRACT - 600982 The disclosure relates to use of a compound selected from (E)-N-{ 4-[3-chloro-4-(2-pyridinylmethoxy) anilino]-3-cyano-7-ethoxy-6-quinolinyl} -4-(dimethylamino)-2-butenamide, an ester, ether, carbamate or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the manufacture of a medicament for treating a neoplasm in a subject, wherein the medicament is for use with a second compound selected from vinorelbine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein said neoplasm is selected from the group consisting of a lung cancer, breast cancer, myeloma, prostate cancer, head and neck cancer, transitional cell carcinoma, small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the uterine cervix, and large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the uterine cervix.
