PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle beam therapy network system allowing introduction of a particle beam therapy apparatus having high efficiency and profitability by specialization and distribution of functions.
SOLUTION: Radiation therapy planning devices 16, 21 each having radiation source data and geometry data of a particle beam therapy apparatus body 24 are installed at a particle beam therapy center 5 having the particle beam therapy apparatus body 24, and at contact hospitals 1a, 1b, 1c cooperating with the particle beam therapy center 5. A therapy plan is drawn up in the radiation therapy planning devices 16 of the contact hospitals 1a, 1b, 1c, and the drawn-up therapy plan is sent to the particle beam therapy center 5. In the particle beam therapy center 5, the sent therapy plan is confirmed by the radiation therapy planning device 21, and particle beam therapy is performed based on the confirmed therapy plan.
