A medical system, comprising an implantable access port including an implantable access port body and at least one implantable access port needle； wherein the at least one needle is concealable inside the access port body in a concealed position and is exposable outside the access port body in an exposed position； wherein the at least one needle is arranged within the access port body to penetrate outwardly through skin of a subject from within the subject when the access port is implanted in the subject； a transfer device coupled to the at least one needle of the access port, the transfer device configured to transfer a fluid to and/or from the access port； and wherein the transfer device is configured to form a closed system with the access port, wherein the transfer device includes a fluid flow passage configured to transfer the fluid to and/or from the access port.La présente invention concerne un système médical comprenant un orifice d'accès implantable qui comprend un corps d'orifice d'accès implantable et au moins une aiguille d'orifice d'accès implantable ； l'au moins une aiguille étant escamotable à l'intérieur du corps d'orifice d'accès dans une position cachée et pouvant être exposée à l'extérieur du corps d'orifice d'accès dans une position exposée ； l'au moins une aiguille étant disposée à l'intérieur du corps d'orifice d'accès afin de pénétrer vers l'extérieur à travers la peau d'un sujet depuis l'intérieur du sujet lorsque l'orifice d'accès est implanté dans le sujet ； un dispositif de transfert couplé à l'au moins une aiguille de l'orifice d'accès, le dispositif de transfert étant configuré pour transférer un fluide vers et/ou depuis l'orifice d'accès ； et le dispositif de transfert étant configuré de manière à former un système fermé avec l'orifice d'accès, le dispositif de transfert comprenant un passage d'écoulement fluidique configuré pour transférer le fluide vers et/ou depuis l'orifice d'accès.
