The present invention relates to a bioenvironment-sensitive nanoparticle comprising a polymer with a complementary charge. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof and a pharmaceutical use thereof. According to the present invention, the nanoparticle stays in a stable state in an environment outside a cell. Thus, efficient and stable delivery of a target molecule such as a drug is possible even with a small quantity. Furthermore, the nanoparticle of the present invention tends to be specific in the cancer cell environment. Thus, the cancer cell-specific diagnosis or treatment is possible as well.본 발명은 상보적인 전하를 가지는 고분자를 포함하는 생체환경 감응형 나노입자, 이의 제조방법 및 이의 약제학적 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른, 나노입자는 세포 밖 환경에서 안정하기 때문에, 적은 양으로도, 약물 등의 목적 물질을 안정하고 효율적으로 전달할 수 있다.또한, 본 발명의 나노입자는 암세포의 환경에 특이적이기 때문에, 암세포 선택적 진단 또는 치료가 가능하다.
